We have ensured that all our employees / labor have safety as their top most priority whilst handling metal scraps. we train them on the hazards of handling scraps such as appropriate ways and means to handle scraps with coated chemicals which are unsafe for human hands and skin, sharp objects and heavy objects which can cause deep injuries and cause immense pain and loss of blood. whilst on the job of clearance they are supposed to be focused on their activity rather than on mobiles and the surroundings. They are provided all items in respect to safety like helmets, hand gloves, safety shoes, protective clothing and goggles. They are also insured to the extent of rs 5 lakhs per person under the workmen compensation policy of the labor department, Government of Maharashtra.
